Changing your body and mind for life
Movement and transformational coaching
How do you think most of the time – what we focus on creates how we feel
Your thoughts create the chemistry and biology in your body.
“The moment you change your perception is the moment you rewrite the chemistry of your body”
Dr Bruce Lipton
“The mind is everything. What you think you become"
Buddha
is the ability of the brain to change continuously throughout our lives.
The structure and organisation of the brain changes in response to our thoughts, experiences and learning – our mind creates our brain!
Just like a muscle, the thoughts, emotions and behaviours we keep repeating become strong and automatic habits. We lose what we don’t use.
We become what we think, feel and do.
Learn how to consciously choose your thoughts and use your mind as a creative tool!
“Who are we but the stories we tell ourselves, about ourselves, and believe?”
Scott Turow
The stories we tell ourselves – our perceptions, thoughts and beliefs – are extremely powerful
Discovering what you want – creating your future
Becoming aware of the habits and behaviours you want to change
Trying out powerful techniques, including a variety of meditations and mental imagery, to create new thoughts and get rid of those you don’t want
Creating an action plan for you to work on
Sessions can take place in person or by phone or Skype
“To sum up the meditative process, you have to break the habit of being yourself and reinvent a new self; lose your mind and create a new one; prune synaptic connections and nurture new ones; unmemorize past emotions and recondition the body to a new mind and emotions; and let go of the past and create a new future.”
Dr Joe Dispenza

“Thank you Gabrielle for your advice and support. The past 6 months have been challenging but I have become a different person! I am far less stressed and have more energy. I meditate and exercise each day and sleep like a log!”
Ruth B
Sessions are normally 60 minutes. Everyone is different and it depends on what you are trying to change and how much work you do between sessions. After the first session you will have techniques to practise. Some people notice an immediate difference but for others it takes a bit of practice before they see changes. Most people like a few sessions but the time between sessions can vary from a couple of weeks to a couple of months.
Unable to exercise, suffering from aches and pains, injury, tension or stiffness?
Try Myofascial release or Anatomy in Motion
The programme I have developed is based on the neuroscience of change and I use a variety of techniques from different behaviour change models, for example motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioural change.
The biggest influence for my Redesign you Mind programme comes from my own personal transformation doing the work and meditations of Dr Joe Dispenza.
I highly recommend watching his videos, reading his books and attending his workshops
